I've been a customer for just a little while but my experience working with Rob, Phoebe and Jake has been incredible. These people are kind, flexible, generous and most importantly honest. I feel more than safe and sure that when I leave my vehicle in the hands of Grismer, I will be well taken care of. The Team in Kettering Ohio have won my heart and I will always stick with their services!

Bring the typical person,waited until the last minute to get new set of tires. They were able to get me in same day and had the tires I wanted in stock. They were able to get the services done in a timely manner. My customer service rep, Jon, was very personable and knowledgeable of all the tires. We will definitely be back for any other car services needed in the future.

I was there this morning, wonderful staff, and very attentive to your needs. Telling you what you need for you car or truck. This will be my go to place if I need anything done to my truck . Thanks Mike for being nice and attentive to the needs of my truck. Will be seeing you soon.

I was concerned about my breaks because of some resistance I was feeling. I took it to another shop and and the told me I needed new brakes and Rotors. That would cost almost $400 dollars. I took it Grismer on Brant Pike and they told me my Rotors look brand new and my brakes were only 50% worn and would last a while. They told me I was feeling resistance because of the snow and not to worry. I just want to say Thank you to Chris their manager. They were amazing and really took the time to talk to me and not try to swindle me out of money.
