I've always had GREAT service from Patrick and his team at the Miamisburg, Ohio Grismer location. They are my go to guys whenever I have automobile work that needs to be done!
Had several problems with AC in my truck. Some happened just days after worked on at Grismer. I have to say they go above and beyond to correct things and make things right. I highly recommend taking your vehicle there to be serviced. Cody Dickensheets the store manager is to be commended on taking care of my problems with my truck. Thanks for the wonderful service.
I have been bringing my cars to the Grismer on Springboro Pike for almost 4 years now. Each and everytime they get me in on time for my appointments, their work is beyond great, and all of the employees have excellent customer service! I have left each time as a happy customer. I will never take my cars anywhere else.
They don't take customer. All the time staff member say we have to follow our policy. I mean what policy they are taking about if I paid $700. Last week I paid $700 for reair break and then when I drove my car it was fucking wawing. I couldn't drive on highway. When I complain about this that time staff say this is not our responsibility we can't take care of this u have to pay extra money for tire balance. So please don't go to this service center. They don't know how to take care customers. Thanks
I do not like how I had to paid more for the oil change. No one told me there was an additional charge to replace filters when I could had go across the street to Tire Discounters (can get a lower price) where I would had known in advance the price so I would not had been shock and had to ask the clerk if she applied the $19.95 coupon that I handed her and ending up paying $56.30. Also Tire Discounters clerks are very communicative and will tell you in person the good and bad things about your vehicle. I will not use this place again.
