I have taken my car to several different Grismer locations over the years for service and have always felt that I was treated fairly, without being pressured to purchase additional services. After my experience this month with Rick and Sam at the 4th Street location, I am an even bigger fan of Grismer and will continue to recommend Grismer to others. I took my car in because the air conditioning was working. Long story short, they thought it was fixed and returned the car to me. It went out again on the way home, I took it back to them and they started looking to see why it failed. It took quite a while to find out what was wrong and get it fixed. They were diligent in their efforts, communicated regularly with me regarding the status and corrected all issues before retuning it to me fixed. Never once did I feel that taken advantage of or over charged for anything. You can tell that customer service is a top priority at Grismer. Thanks!

I've been to this location now for 3 "auto" repairs I've needed. Though they specialize in tires, they offer many other services for a very reasonable price. I'm always astounded by the ease of which this process takes, Very efficient with my and their time, always in contact regarding the status of the vehicle and willing to do some research to provide the best pricing. Kudos on a job well done!
