Once again Jesse comes through for me in a pinch. My Cadillac engine seems to burn through oil quicker than the life monitor says. I was able to call ask Jesse if any way possible to get oil changed in a days notice. Like always he was able to squeeze me in first thing in morning so I didn’t have to go all day with out my car. Thanks again Jesse, as always I will be back but hopefully with a little more notice.
The front desk is honest & fair. Techs in the back know their stuff! I trust this location 100%. I will continue to take my vehicle here! Great staff! Marcus is great to work with!

It looks like I'm the only one rating this Salem Avenue Store.... I see my review from last year is still on the site. This week I called for an oil change which was scheduled for this morning at 10:00 AM --- 55 minutes later I was walking out the door. Quick, easy service! I have a lot of miles on my car so I change the oil regularly every 3,000 miles. I look forward to seeing Michael and David every time. These managers are the BEST!
I do not like how I had to paid more for the oil change. No one told me there was an additional charge to replace filters when I could had go across the street to Tire Discounters (can get a lower price) where I would had known in advance the price so I would not had been shock and had to ask the clerk if she applied the $19.95 coupon that I handed her and ending up paying $56.30. Also Tire Discounters clerks are very communicative and will tell you in person the good and bad things about your vehicle. I will not use this place again.
