I had an exhaust problem that I knew Grismer did not work on, however, when I called Kelly (Mgr) said they could have a company they work with pick my car up there and get the work done and return my car there. Not only was the problem taken care of and at a low cost but I had my car back home in less than four hours! Talk about service above and beyond!! I am continually an extremely satisfied customer of Grismer. A special thank you to Kelly!!
I got a hole in my tire on my way to work, so I had to have my car towed here. I called and let them know it was coming, and what it needed. They called me as soon as it got there, with the different options I had. I told them what option I wanted, and they had it done, ready and waiting for me when I got off work. I was super impressed! I told them I will be bringing my car there for any needs I have from now on! Everyone was super nice and very helpful!
I needed to have the front rotors and pads replaced on my 2015 Kia Optima. i checked around and Trotwood Grismer had great reviews. I also talked to previous friends who had work done at this facility and the gave 2 thumbs up! I called the day and spoke with Rob & Dan to make sure they could get me in and out before noon and they said yes. Great customer service, competitive priced and quick and responsive service. I would recommend highly and use again.

Can’t say enough good about these guys! My van broke down late in the day. I called Frank, told him what was wrong. He said tow it in and they would get it fixed. We got there after the shop was supposed to be closed and he was waiting for me. Jeff offered to fix my alternator right away when he learned that I was supposed to be at WGI Finals in Kentucky that night. I told him the next morning would be fine. He had me on the road by 9a.m.wirh a new alternator and battery. If I was from Dayton, this would for sure be my auto mechanic! Thank you guys!
