On my from Indianapolis to Pittsburgh, my tire blew out. Everyone at Grismer Tire was so kind and helpful, and helped me to quickly get back on the road. I was updated several times during the service, and my car was returned clean. Thanks!
We usually get all our tires and oil changes from this location however when we called Tuesday they were out of the size we needed. Went to another tire place that claimed to have what we needed and could do the job that night. Got there and guess what? Too busy and no record of our order. Reluctantly made an appointment for later this week. Luckily Travis called yesterday and said what we needed came in and he could get me fixed up after work. We were not expecting to get a call and not only did I get my tires earlier than expected I got them at over $100 less than the other people. The best part is that we were able to stay with Grismer and I don't have to worry about my family's safety. Thanks Travis!
Wednesday I purchased for new Firestone tires from the Wilson Road Grismer location. After 2 hours I left only to return with a problem for another two hour stay in there waiting room. The following day had to return again and of course, another two hour wait for again and unresolved problem. They couldn't balance my tires!!! Frustrated to no end I called the leap Road location and spoke with Daniel explain my situation. He took me in the very next day and resolved my problem by balancing my tires properly and correctly and within an hour I was back on the road living my life again. Thank you Daniel, recommendations to your leap Road Hilliard store will be made.
I originally went in to have a tire and rim cleaned and resealed after having to put slime in it. (I know no one likes slime, it's the husbands fault). They took my car in and actually found a piece of staple in the tire causing the problem. The salesman 00828 ( I can't remember his name to save my life), but he showed me the heavy oxidation on my wheels. He also told me about the back tires were needing replaced and advised they weren't going to last much longer. After talking it over with my husband we agreed to new tires! They cleaned the rims the best they could and I have had 0 issues with the tires and rim. I haven't had to put any air in them where as before it was every 2 days! Thank you guys! We wouldn't go anywhere else. Best customer service around and honest.
Recently had new tires installed ( Bridgestone Alenza Plus ) on 2012 Benz GLK 350 4matic. Very impressed with these tire and enjoy them better than OEM Contenental 4X4 tires. Would defiantely repurchase the ALenza Plus again. Very prompt and professional service, This is second set of tires purchased from this location and job well done.
