I highly recommend grismer tire in West Carrollton. This is my third time using this location. I would recommend talking to Jeff. He is knowledgeable and is extremely customer friendly.

This past summer, I purchased a new set of tires from Grismer, Powell. I have previously used the downtown Columbus location for years and have always experienced what Grismer is known for: honesty, reliability, and consistent thorough work. Without hesitation, they beat the pricing of my warehouse club. However, about 20,000 miles or so into owning the tires, they were completely worn down. As the tires had an expectation for mileage, Chris and his team worked diligently to find a solution. Chris spent over an hour on the phone with the tire manufacturer and with his upper management. They were able to find new tires that would suit my vehicle well and were very well researched for a very low price (especially due to the warranty refund from my tire manufacturer that they had arranged). Not a lot of companies, especially in the automotive industry, will stand behind their work and their products. Grismer always bends over backwards to provide the very best service and quality in all that they do. I cannot recommend Grismer Tire enough. I tell all my friends and family that they are THE place to go to for any of their automotive needs. Thank you to Chris and his staff at the Powell location, I am a very happy customer for life.

Bring the typical person,waited until the last minute to get new set of tires. They were able to get me in same day and had the tires I wanted in stock. They were able to get the services done in a timely manner. My customer service rep, Jon, was very personable and knowledgeable of all the tires. We will definitely be back for any other car services needed in the future.

I hit a chunk of concrete on 270 on Saturday night. I went in at thing Monday at 730am. I needed to order my tire. I made an appointment for this morning, my road hazard on my tires saved me $160.00. The service was fantastic. And I was offered fresh coffee while I waited for my tire service, rotation and oil change. I was in and out in a little less than an hour. I can't say enough of the professionalism and service i receive everytime I come in for pills changes and services. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.
