Auto care at its finest. Been a loyal customer here for years. I've bought over 12 tires here in the last few years and always satisfied with the value and service. The best part of the whole store is the manager Jesse Miles. He is always so helpful and patient and willing to help me understand what my car needs. I value his honesty and trust him with my vehicle maintenance. Thanks Jesse for all you do. I really value your commitment to your customers John Austin

Thanks to Nate, Greg and the technicians at this location. I have been depending on these guys for tires,oil changes and car repairs for a few years. I always find them knowledgeable and honest. While performing my oil change recently, they discovered a problem that could have been dangerous. As I was on my way out of town, I had to have the repair done. Within an hour, the repair was done and I was on my way. I highly recommend this location! Always polite, efficient,service.

This is my second time coming to Grismer in Beavercreek and they have been great both times. They checked my brakes, physically showed me the brakes, and explained what was happing. Much more helpful and informative than other service shops I have been to in Beavercreek. Definitely coming back to them.

Over the month of July, I had to take my car in several times due to my tire losing air. Long story short, the problem continued to compound and a new problem was created. While I do not believe the staff at the Englewood Grismer's were intentionally trying to sabotage my car, the money I paid did not solve the problem. I also was informed that I would have to take my car to the dealership as it was beyond what they could fix. I emailed Grismer's Corporate customer service. A supervisor got in touch with me and reimbursed the money I paid and for the cost of taking my car to a dealership. I am giving 5 stars because while I did go through several appointments, the staff was friendly and overall Grismer's made it right. That, in my opinion, is what makes a company great. The supervisor also said it is a training issue, and would seek to help the Englewood staff to not repeat the mistake. Hard to find such great customer service after a company has made a mistake.
