ONE Criticism - The corporate office at Grismer needs to enter the 21st century. Your invoices are WOEFULLY out of date. So difficult to find important pieces of information in the header of the invoices. Clean up and re-architect the invoice to make it easier for the customer. Also. CMON... dot-matrix printers? Seriously? in 2018? really? You cant even get basic decent laser printers for your stories?
Please update and upgrade your invoices cause they need major overhaul
The front desk is honest & fair. Techs in the back know their stuff! I trust this location 100%. I will continue to take my vehicle here! Great staff! Marcus is great to work with!

I can't say enough good words about the service I received. I recently bought a used Land Rover and after driving it a couple of weeks, the steering wasn't right. I took it into White Allen since they sell land rovers thinking they'd diagnose the problem correctly. I was wrong. White Allen quoted me $3,500 to fix my car. I called around to different shops to get quotes and Grismer came in the lowest, so I took it to Grismer. After Eric at Grismer looked at my vehicle, he found that White Allen had diagnosed the problem wrong, but notice other parts that needed replacing, which we did. However, after we had replaced some dated parts, the steering was still lose so I took it back into Grismer. Eric found that the Steering Gear Box was not original, and most likely had just been installed and whoever did it, did a poor job. Eric recommended that I call the dealer I bought the car from as he felt maybe I had been fooled. I took his advice and to my surprise, the used car dealership felt bad and agreed to pay for the gear box and labor. Eric is a straight shooter and I trust him 100%. You are lucky to have a great employee like that.
