I called the location around 1 o’clock and spoke to Keith about tire services. I had a nail in my tire. He told me that I could bring up my vehicle and to give them about an hour to complete. I got up there around 2 o’clock and the guys had me out around 2:40, I was thrilled with Keith’s professionalism, kindness, and explanation on the service that was going to be performed. I appreciate the service that was provided to me and I would highly recommend Grismer to anyone for future services. Thanks!
Recently purchased some new tires online which was effortless. Mark and the staff got me in and back on the road in a reasonable amount of time which I appreciate. I’ll definitely be back when the time comes that my car needs service.
I just want to tell the person who said "don't take your tire there, they WON'T repair it, they will just sell you a new one", THEY ARE COMPLETELY OFF BASE. NOT ONLY DID THEY REPAIR MY TIRE, THEY DID IT WITH SPEED, COURTESY AND KINDNESS!!!! Thank You Grismer. You have a new customer and hope others will follow.
A low tire pressure warning was observed on one of our vehicles, but due to a recent illness, I am unable to drag or carry my small compressor to put air in the tires. I purchased the tires for the vehicle from Grismer so I called them to see if they could assist me. "No problem, just stop by and we will take care of it" was the answer I received. Stopped by earlier and was in and out with tires inflated in about three (3) minutes! Thank you to the Grismer staff on DY-S for exceeding my expectations.
I got a hole in my tire on my way to work, so I had to have my car towed here. I called and let them know it was coming, and what it needed. They called me as soon as it got there, with the different options I had. I told them what option I wanted, and they had it done, ready and waiting for me when I got off work. I was super impressed! I told them I will be bringing my car there for any needs I have from now on! Everyone was super nice and very helpful!
